  It's snowing here, and my Amy says its a snow storm where she lives on the east coast !    Yikes!   

 This time tomorrow I will be at Stroger hospital, begging on my knees for my welfare and well being. I am  on  the mercy of tax payers.   How do you all like me now ?      You who are  so against people living off welfare.   I get food stamps too !   

 And I am smelling wonderful aromas from upstairs. For my last breakfast  till I come back he's  making me a sausage and apple quiche with hash browns on  the side.  And he say's   "No you can't have ANY !"

My mood: extremely overwhelmed

Ha ha ! You still aint gettin any quiche missy ! And yeah, the talk about the people on welfare and such kind of makes me ashamed. But I'm not to proud to beg. Cause I want to live !

Yeah, I paid taxes and if I wanted to, I could be collecting disability, but I choose not to at this time. Jim works, he pays taxes, and because he makes very little he could collect food stamps, but chooses not to. I don't really care for bacon unless it's on a BLT ! Um, PLB, back away ! LOL ! I don't even want to share with his mom !

Marji, I'm pretty sure that the people who complain about people on welfare are complaining about welfare abusers - you know, the ones who use it as a way of life and even raise generations who are on it. In reality, it's supposed to be there for people who really need it, when they need it, and you need it. Since the U.S. does not have any national health insurance system, I can't see what else people can do to get the care they need. I suppose you have eaten all the quiche already?? Dang.

Yeah, I think you are right Nan ! Leave it to you to see things clearly for me ! *pats tummy* Yup ! Pretty much ! We all had two pieces, not big ones, but along with the home made hash browns and orange juice.....pretty full for now. ; ) I'd be glad to share the recipe ! But not the chef ! LOL !
