 Yesterday, I was afraid.    She kept saying "I'm so sick" over and over and over. Then "I don't want to die, I'm not  ready".    Then, "Don't leave me Marji, please don't leave me"    Okay ?   

 You all know our relationship ! I thought she was delirious, and all I could remember was Jims dad as he was dying, the mumbled talking and that which made no sense.  She was saying "Two ships in the Port"  She grew up in Port Arthur, Texas.... I thought she was dying !

 As we were getting socks on her feet, and such, having to sit her on the side of t he bed, she clung to me like a child.   Resting her head on my chest. This from a woman who usually leans away from me when I walk past her in the chair at the kitchen table, as if some cooties will fall on her !   I was terrified that  we were gonna lose her !

For as much as we would gain in her passing, we would lose  much more  with out her in our lives as aggravating as she is, we are a unit here.

We  have the potty chair by her bed now, got her to eat, started by some jello.  She is still catching up on  good rest, though.  

As for me, as much as she improves is as quick as I move back to the  big white disappointment !   But she still needs me to get up to pee, and to keep Jim in line.   He's not very kind to her illness, out of fear and remembering how she treated his father while he died from cancer. 

Soooooo, later I'm going to give her a sponge bath of sorts, I've been  emptying her pee pot, and washing her wet rag each time so she can stay somewhat clean in her snatch area.

  Any one know if Vertigo can be this damaging ?
